The recruitment process aims to evaluate candidates in line with the company’s vision, mission, and values, and within the framework of employee and managerial competencies, placing them in the most suitable positions and thereby improving the quality of employees and working conditions.
Following the hiring process, the “Şimşek Solar Orientation Program” is organized for new team members who are about to start work. This program introduces them to the company and the job, and is presented by other employees and relevant parties involved in the work.
The recruitment process is carried out by our Human Resources Management through meticulous and planned work to determine open positions and is conducted within the framework of job analyses, job descriptions, competencies, education, knowledge, skills, and experience prepared for each department.
Candidates are interviewed using advanced interview techniques based on established systematic methods, including Personality Analysis, Mental Typology Analysis, Competency-Based Interviewing (Managerial and Employee), English and General Aptitude, and Case Studies, etc.
Following the evaluations, the right candidate is placed in the right department. Candidates are evaluated according to the “Company Employee and Manager Competency Criteria” to ensure they are correctly selected and placed.

Field Safety
We start work safely with OSH rules, equipment checks, and field training. Safety first, then work.
Master – Apprentice
There is a culture of learning on the job: you work alongside experienced teams and gain practical knowledge of the finer points of the work. Progress is monitored, and as it grows stronger, responsibility increases.
Project – Experience
You will gain significant experience in a short time through different construction sites and installation processes. You will specialize in areas such as assembly, commissioning, and maintenance.
Field Support
The task plan, team coordination, and process management are clear. Support is provided for transportation/accommodation and site arrangements as needed (depending on project requirements).
